What a year 2020 was: I had so much planned but, like most others, these things just didn’t happen. 2021.. I have good feelings about this year and I am glad business is back to normal.

I am back doing markets with my mum and her handmade baby business. I am currently just doing one or two a month. It’s great to be back doing markets because we get to meet our customers in person and what I love most is when our customers return to us. It’s really nice seeing returning people who love our products.

In April, a big shipment of nappies, swim nappies and wet bags will be produced and shipped to me. These products will be in my hands just in time for my second Pregnancy, Babies and Children’s (PBC) Expo in Melbourne. I am so thrilled to be a part of another PBC Expo in Melbourne. I was given a rare opportunity in October 2019 to attend: it was a big learning experience and I had no idea what to expect. I will definitely be more prepared this time around and even more prepared when I attend another one in October.

We have adorable new clothes in our range, too., Tarbec is a brand that I purchased 12 months ago. This year I am going to bring out a few new collections of clothing for babies, toddlers, and children.

I would love to have a few pieces for mums as well, but I will see how I go! It’s super hard sourcing seamstresses, especially since I am hoping to move all production for this business into Australia (currently our clothing are being produced in Bali).

Along the way, I will be focusing on sourcing new things for you guys, as I really enjoy finding new cool products and, of course, when they are eco-friendly that’s even better.

It’s actually quite hard sourcing products that align with my brand and values. So when I do find those products, I get super excited to share them with you. As I know I have a lot of returning customers who love what I love.

Finally, I have one new range of products that have been in the works for a couple of months now. I will be sure to announce it once either they arrive or when they are on their way.

I have kept this one on the down-low because I want to focus on other projects while this is happening in the background.

However, I will say it is completely different from what we currently have to offer and I have so many plans to extend this range of products in Norah’s Treasures. This range will be at the PBC expo In October alongside my nappies and this just really excites me! I’m sure I’ll do some other things in between all these projects, but for now, I hope you’re just as excited as me to see all of this come to life.
